Kerry Film Festival have announced the dates for  the 2013 festival. A fantastic line-up of shorts and documentaries will be screened in Tralee between October 8th-12th, with dates yet to be confirmed for screenings in Listowel, Waterville and Kenmare.

The submission window opened on April 9th and submissions are off to a flying start. As with last year, a wide variety of countries are represented: Germany, USA, France, UK, Ireland, Italy and Spain have all submitted films to date.

There is a wide selection of categories for consideration in KFF 2013. Many categories offer cash prizes with €1000 up for grabs in the Audience Award, plus the opportunity to have your work reviewed by an illustrious panel of adjudicators.

Kerry Film Festival will be accepting short films of no longer than 29 minutes right up to the 23rd August 2013 so get your entry in now. For more information on how to submit your film click here
