Oscar® winning Costume Designer
Jenny Beavan is one of the most respected costume designers in the world and has received nine Academy Award® nominations, winning in 1985 for A Room with a View, one of her many collaborations with Ismail Merchant and James Ivory. Her other Oscar® nominations were The King’s Speech (which won a Costume Designers’ Guild Award); Gosford Park (BAFTA winner); Anna and the King; Sense and Sensibility; The Remains of the Day; Howards End; Maurice; and The Bostonians. Her most recent work includes: Cranford; the two Sherlock Holmes films with Robert Downey Jr; Gambit; and Mad Max: Fury Road, currently in post.
