‘Henry Hugglemonster’ shortlisted for International Emmy

Brown Bag Films’ Henry Hugglemonster has been shortlisted for the International Emmys. The cartoon cartoon has been bought by Disney.

The 52 episodes have been three years in the making.

“We’re very proud of it,” Brown Bag chief executive Cathal Gaffney said. “It’s great to see an Irish project bought for worldwide distribution.”

Disney Junior viewers in the UK will get their first look at the 3D-animated preschool series on 8th February 8 at 5:50 pm.

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has signed up to star in the animation based on the books by children’s laureate Niamh Sharkey.
