2015 Irish Film Festival, Boston Awards

The 15th Irish Film Festival, Boston will take place over four days from Thursday, March 19th to Sunday, March 22nd, 2015 at the Somerville Theatre, Davis Square.

Deadline Extended for Irish Film Festival, Boston

Call for Entries

Deadline Extended to January 15th, 2014

The Irish Film Festival, Boston is pleased to announce its Call for Entries for the 14th Annual Film Festival, which takes place in March 2014. Entries are accepted through withoutabox.com.  The submission deadline is January 15th, 2014.

The IFF awards, inaugurated in 2003, honor those filmmakers whose work constitutes celebrating the very best of Ireland and the Irish on screen – past, present and future. Submissions will be received in the following categories:

  • Best Breakthrough Feature
  • Most Inspiring Short/Animation
  • Global Vision Documentary Award

Winners in each category will receive flight and accommodation to attend the event as well as various other prizes awarded by festival partners and sponsors. Awards will be handed out during the festival following a special screening of the winning films. Filmmakers will also have the opportunity to set up meetings with US distributors, while at the festival.

The festival will take place at the Somerville Theater, Davis Square, from Thursday, March 20th Sunday, March 23rd, 2014.

The Irish Film Festival, Boston has announced its Call for Entries for the 14th Annual Film Festival, which takes place March 2014. Entries are accepted through withoutabox.com.  There is an early bird deadline of November 15th, 2013 while the regular submission deadline is December 30th, 2013.  Full details can be found here.

The 14th Boston Irish Film Festival will be on Thursday, March 20th – Sunday, March 23rd.
