Over the past twelve years I have developed a personal philosophy of filmmaking whereby the stillness of a moment is given preference over plot. Tactile mechanics of the cinema apparatus play a vital role in the dramaturgy of my films, which see cinema as a séance with a shadow world and the filmmaker as a medium. In this video blog post I reveal what materials I have made available, how to watch them and where to start.
