Following their feature film debut Bully (2015), Dublin-based film production company Deep Web Films is now set to begin filming Class A – a feature-length crime drama set and filmed in Dublin.
The film centres around the everyday lives of Vinny and Warren – two inner city drug dealers solely united by a hunger for money. With the discovery of a new and innovative drug importation system, the two seem untouchable. However, dealing bigger and better than ever soon prompts a corrupt detective to intervene.
The principal cast includes John D’alessandro (Cardboard Gangsters), Aaron Blake (Bully), Alan Sherlock (Spider’s Trap, Diane), Joe Byrne (Red Rock), Justine O’Rourke (Bully) Ryan Lincoln (5th Element Rapper, Cardboard Gangsters) and Sohaila Lindheim. They are supported by Saoirse Doyle, John Sweeney, Dean Sherlock, Troy Ryan, Séafra O’Rourke and Ryan Gaffney.
