Ceol, a short film produced by some young Carlow filmmakers over the past year is premiering this Saturday, 15th June, in the George Bernard Shaw Theatre as part of Carlow Arts Festival.
Subtitled ‘it could only happen in Ireland,’ the new Irish short film follows a traditional Irish music group, an American couple and their adventures in the Irish countryside.
The 35-minute comedy stars local Carlow actors and was part-funded by a successful crowd-funding project on fundit.ie.
The world premiere kicks off at 6.30pm and will be followed by additional screenings at 8pm and 9pm.
Tickets are €10 and available from VISUAL Carlow at http://www.visualcarlow.ie/
