Passing By, the thoughtful short about re-evaluating your whole life because of someone you just met, has just launched its crowdfunding campaign at www.indiegogo.com/projects/
The film, being directed by Liam Upton (www.liamuptonfilms.com), is due to begin production in July at various locations around Dublin and in the Wicklow Mountains. The production is looking for €1,000 in order to pay for insurance, equipment and other essentials. The campaign will last 30 days in total.

Passing By will star experienced actors Megan Armitage and Aron Hegarty, whose performances include shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Crewmembers include DP Ken Waide (Pain Relief, The Consultant), art director William O’Neill (www.williamoneill.ie), sound recordist Maria Boo Rodriguez (Guru of Joy, The Interview) and editor Padraic Farrell (It’s a Wonderful Death).
