This is a challenging, varied and exciting role which involves selling and implementing sponsorship campaigns across TV3 Group

The following is a summary of the primary requirements of the job but does not outline all the duties and responsibilities for this position::

  • Responsible for day to day engagement with new and existing sponsorship clients
  • Commercially aware and target driven
  • Proactive in terms of reaching Sponsorship and Promotions monthly targets
  • Actively producing and selling sponsorship & promotions opportunities
  • Responding to advertisers briefs in a creative and timely fashion
  • Ensuring thorough implementation of all sponsorship & promotions deals
  • Participating in weekly meetings with internal departments – programming/production
  • Updating wider sales departments on new programming/ sponsorship opportunities
  • Ensuring timely billing of all sponsorship deals each month
  • Responsible for creating and updating all sponsorship contracts/ billing information each month



  • A degree in Marketing/Advertising
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent Time Management and Organisation Skills
  • Ability to multi- task and work to deadlines
  • Flexibility towards working hours
  • Excellent creativity and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • At least 2 years experience in a media sales role
