Sometime New Orleans’ resident Harry Shearer, of ‘Spinal Tap’ and ‘Simpson’s fame, writes and directs ‘The Big Uneasy’ a documentary investigating why the levees of New Orleans broke during Hurricane Katrina. A badly funded group of academics finds that the levees constructed by the Army Corps of Engineers to protect the city were simply not built well enough to withstand a hurricane.
