10 Days in Dublin is Ireland’s only open-format arts festival. We aim to provide a platform for all artists to produce and promote their work – be it music, theatre, comedy, film, visual arts or spoken word. We don’t choose acts depending on their ideas, political motivation or who they know on the scene, we want to give everyone the chance to showcase their work.
After the success of last year’s film section we at 10 Days in Dublin are looking to expand it even further this year. To make this happen we are currently looking for emerging directors and already established filmmakers to come on board. Whether it’s a short film or feature, documentary or music video, we want to help you get your work out there and onto the big screen in front of an audience.
Registrations are open until April 5th and we will be running a registration workshop this Wednesday, March 13th at 6pm at Smock Alley Theatre. This workshop will aim to aid people in completing the registration process, answer any questions you have about venues, marketing etc and give you a chance to meet our team. However, if you’re unable to make this you can always contact Dave, our film coordinator, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
