In accordance with Section 65 (6) of the Broadcasting Act 2009, the Contract Awards Committee of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (“the BAI”) invites expressions of interest from parties interested in securing a sound broadcasting contract (“Contract”) on the FM band for the services outlined in the notice located at the link below.
Interested parties should submit their expressions of interest in electronic format (PDF) to the BAI. Information in respect of the proposed service should be presented in the format prescribed in the BAI’s relevant Guidelines for Expressions of Interest (“Guide”), or alternatively by completing an Expressions of Interest form (“form”).
There is a Guide and form for each sound broadcasting service, located at the link below.A separate submission or completed form is required for each service.
Please note that an expression of interest in response to this notice shall not be regarded as an application for a sound broadcasting contract.
Parties interested in submitting expressions of interest to the BAI should do so by Monday 25th March 2013.
All expressions of interest will be made available publicly following consideration by the BAI.
