Call For: Seeking Volunteer to make Video for International Day for the Eradication of Poverty

To mark the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty October 2012,
Mayo Community Platform plan to host a high-profile event focusing on the economic crisis.
The first evening on 18th October will show a film The Four
Horsemen in Castlebar followed by question and answer session and the second
evening will have talks by economic experts. As part of the promotion of
these events, they would like to develop a 1-minute short promotional film
that could be used at the end of September 2012 as a You-tube clip with
music, showing dates of the events, venue details, and some images relating
to economics that would catch attention and they could email to groups and
individuals as part of an ‘invitation’. If you think you would be interested
in making this video, please contact Rita Hopkins at the details below. This
project is unpaid, but expenses will be covered.
