Call For: Female Lead

This is a casting call for DARK PATTERNS, a feature film to be shot in Dunmore East, Waterford. A promotional shoot of 3 or 4 days will take place in October, with production to begin summer 2013. Female lead of playing age 15-18 required.
For the promotional shoot the roles are unpaid. However, costs will be covered (transport, accommodation, food). Roles will be paid to industry standard once full production begins.
Synopsis
Dark Patterns depicts the chain of events triggered by a grotesque double murder in a picturesque rural area; at the centre of the story is Marianne, a girl on the cusp of adulthood who comes under suspicion when a close friend is killed. Events concerning those around her come to a head as panic grips the small village, and Marianne’s troubled dreams start to blend with waking life.

Dublin – 12-6pm, Sunday, 30th September
