4th Annual Yellow Fever Indie Film Festival Belfast 7-9 Sept
The 4th Annual Yellow Fever Indie Film Festival, which takes place in the Stormont Hotel, Belfast from Friday, 7th September to Sunday, 9th September, have announced details of their program including special guests and world premieres.
SPECIAL GUESTS…
ALBERT PYUN - Prolific director Albert Pyun attends his very first YFIFF along with producing partner and writer, Cynthia Curnan. Albert is the force behind action classics such as Van Damme’s CYBORG, the original CAPTAIN AMERICA, sci-fi actioneer NEMESIS, and many many more. We are pleased to announce the European premiere of Albert’s latest film ROAD TO HELL - a sequel to the 80′s classic STREETS OF FIRE from Walter Hill (The Warriors) followed by a Q&A on it.
Albert and Cynthia will also be delivering a double bill of LIVE commentary for the classics CAPTAIN AMERICA and NEMESIS on the Saturday night along with our returning guest MIKE LEEDER. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to hear how it was all done, straight from the horses mouth!!
Returning guest MIKE LEEDER helped launch the very first YFIFF in 2009 and we are very pleased to have him back once again! Mike’s work in the industry over the past 20 years as casting director, producer, actor and more will be put to use in a number of workshops to help you gain more knowledge and a better chance of gaining the role you want.

MUST SEE events drown the weekend, with the European premiere of Albert’s latest film ROAD TO HELL on Friday evening. Saturday morning sees a host of events with the EMERALD GARRISON on hand in full Star Wars gear, SFX display and Zombie Workshop from the team behind SPLASH AREA. Local sci-fi author OWEN QUINN will be on hand for a signing of his books, and at noon the ever-growing charity Zombie Walk returns at the gates of Stormont. Sunday sees films and workshops galore, with the YFIFF Award Ceremony kicking off before the world premieres of our very own new films.

There is a couple of ways you can enjoy the weekend. A day ticket at £12 each day… Or if you can’t make the weekend and just our premieres, you can purchase these for just £10… but I would recommend you take advantage of our massive online discount for the FULL WEEKEND ticket – now half price at just £15!!
