Galway Film Fleadh Programme Announced

The programme for this year’s Galway Film Fleadh was launched last night promising  6 days of great film and events.

The Fleadh kicks off with the opening film Grabbers, a wonderfully comedic Irish take on the monster genre, and closes with Shadow Dancer,  James marsh’s tense thriller about a mother’s divided loyalties during the Troubles.

In between there’s alot to look forward to, including Irish films King of the Travellers, Songs for Amy, Good Vibrations, Silence, The Good Man, Hideaways, Keys to the City, Earthbound,  Pilgrim Hill, Citadel, Very Extremely Dangerous and many more.

Award-winning actress and multi César Award-nominee Isabelle Huppert will host a public interview on Sunday at the Fleadh, in association with the Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA).

The Galway Film Fleadh takes place  10-15 July.
