The 5th annual Wee Adventure Film Festival is raring to go at Vicar Street on 30th March. This year we have 19 short adventure films featuring an amazing range of sports including as rock climbing, mountain biking, kitesurfing, long-distance ocean-rowing, paragliding, free-running, bold mountaineering, wild windsurfing, insane cliff-jumping, slacklining skills, rubber dinghies, Icelandic trolls and much, much more. With both amateur and professional award categories the night promises a massive adrenaline shot of the best home-grown and international adventure films. Come along to support your favourite adventure sport, cast your vote for the Festival’s Audience Award, see something brand new and get inspired for the outdoors!
This year the Wee Adventure Film Festival are proud to be supporting the Ireland to Everest team in their bid to raise funds to establish a Lung Transplant Support Fund for Ireland in partnership with Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland.
