National Film School Lecture Series [in association with Bord Scannán na hÉireann/The Irish Film Board] presents Tony Lawson, Film Editor.

Tony Lawson is one of Britain’s leading film editors. He has worked with some of the greatest directors in recent cinema history, including Stanley Kubrick (Barry Lyndon); Nicolas Roeg (Bad Timing and Eureka); and Sam Peckinpah (Straw Dogs and Cross of Iron). Since 1996 he has edited all of Neil Jordan’s films, including Michael Collins (co-credit); The Butcher Boy; In Dreams; The End of the Affair; The Good Thief; Breakfast on Pluto; The Brave One; Ondine;  and Byzantium, which is currently in post-production.

The lecture takes place on TUESDAY, 27th MARCH in A025 at 5.30 pm at The National Film School  at IADT
