Think you have what it takes to make the next great Irish short film? Then check out the Filmbase/RTE Short Film Award scheme (deadline: Fri 30th March 2012). This scheme offers funding and facilities worth up to €20,000 towards the production of a short film with up to two winners per round.
Successful applicants for the awards will receive up to €10,000 in cash towards the production budget for their film. Each production will also receive access to film production equipment and editing facilities from Filmbase to a matching value of €10,000 along with advice and support for making the films.
