The next edition of ShortSpace, Filmbase’s monthly short film night, will be a First Fortnight Festival special on Thursday 5th of January! First Fortnight is an arts-based festival which focusses on mental health awareness in the first two weeks of every year. To tie in with the festival we have partnered with the IFI to offer a selection of short films that deal with a whole variety of mental health issues. As always, there will be a chance to talk to the filmmakers involved after the screening and we’ll be joined by members of the First Fortnight team on the panel.
