BEYOND TV: Opportunities for Filmmakers Online
As part of the ‘Made in Temple Bar’ Festival Filmbase and TBCT will present a special series of seminars designed to highlight developments, trends and opportunities for filmmakers in maximising the impact of their online films. Covering aspects of planning, shooting, formatting, uploading and distributing films digitally, the workshops will highlight insights, techniques and best practice advice for filmmakers of all levels. The latest event takes place in Filmbase from 6.30 – 9.30pm, on Thursday 21st July.
Session Four
Made in Temple Bar Films – What Was Learnt
The filmmakers from the Made in Temple Bar internet film competition will talk about their experiences in making film for the internet. Battered and bruised from their recent experiences of shooting, editing, uploading and promoting their videos the panel will outline what they have learnt about internet filmmaking and discuss their films with the audience. This series of seminars is aimed at anyone who’s interested in making their own films and distributing them online. Professional and amateur filmmakers are welcome to attend, but please note that there is an industry event earlier in the day for those currently developing a professional online project see below for more details.
