TitanCon in Belfast
Northern Ireland – home of Gulliver’s Travels, Chronicles of Narnia and more recently, Your Highness and Game of Thrones – will once again see the Swords & Sorcery genre will return to this September with at TitanCon 2011.
The schedule for this science-fiction/fantasy literature, media and gaming convention, includes discussion panels on HBO and George RR Martin’s Game of Thrones. Also confirmed for the event are guests such as Ian McDonald, Kristian Nairn, George Clarke, Peadar Ó Guilín, T.A. Moore, Patrick Brown and Andy Luke.
The event is organised and run by the Brotherhood Without Banners (George RR Martin’s fangroup), Studio NI and The Other Ones (a Belfast science fiction and fantasy society).
