To celebrate St Patrickʼs Day, the Screen Cinema will be showing four popular Irish films. The popular and award-winning documentaries His and Hers and Waveriders will make a welcome return to the big screen, while Garage, the drama from director Lenny Abrahamson and writer Mark OʼHalloran, will also be shown.
The highlight of the mini-Irish festival will be two screenings of Alan Parkerʼs beloved The Commitments ahead of the bandʼs reunion gig at the O2 Arena on 19th March. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the ‘worlds hardest working band’.
