Darklight Transmedia Symposium 2010

This is a day-long event  takes place on Friday 29th October 2010 and will explore the potential of digital and analogue networks as a creative tool for storytelling as well as a means to reach audiences and finance and distribute films. A number of international and Irish guests will discuss all aspects of Transmedia production.

Special Guests include Lance Weiler, Salford Film collective Future Artists’s Mark Ashmore and Jenny Inchbald; Tora Young, Head of Development with Production Company Imaginarium; Power to the Pixel founder Liz Rosenthal; South African producer Jeremy Nathan of DV8 films.

Day passes to this even cost €40. However the Darklight Season Pass allows access to all screenings, workshops, gigs and the symposium for the sum of €75. Season Passes are available now to purchase in person or over the phone via the IFI box-office 01 6795744 or go to ifi.ie
