The Kerry Film Festival, which is celebrating eleven years of bringing film to Kerry, has announced that Oscar®-winning actress Juliette Binoche is to receive the Maureen O’Hara Award at this year’s festival.
The Maureen O’Hara Award acknowledges women that have demonstrated outstanding leadership in their respective fields. The award ceremony will take place at the Kerry Film Festival Awards Ceremony in Siamsa Tíre in Tralee on Saturday, 6th November at 4pm.
The ceremony is the culmination of a week of films at Kerry Film Festival, which runs from 30th October to 6th November. For more information log onto www.kerryfilmfestival.com
