Call for entries for The 15 Second Film Festival

The 15 Second Film Festival commission, exhibit and distribute micro-short films all over the world through film festivals and prestigious arts events using ‘The Mini Mogul’ Cinema (a unique 2-seater art deco picture palace). The Festival is now seeking submissions.

A filmmaker can submit a completed bespoke film that they have independently made to enter the competition. They can extract a suitable sequence from an existing work, or alternatively pitch a concept / script that will be considered for commissioning – with a maximum budget of £500 + Insurance + production/ post-production support.

A 15 Second Film is exactly 25 seconds long. 5 Seconds of Opening Titles, 15 Seconds of the main body of the film and 5 seconds of closing credits. The Festival is looking for submissions in the form of .mov files; in 1280 x 720p uncompressed HD, Frame Rate 25fps with a 16:9.
