Two Irish Shorts screened at Italian Festival
Liam Gavin’s Jericho and Dental Breakdown, a film directed by Ian Power, were screened at the Short Planets section at the 18th Arcipelago Film Festival.
Jericho tells the story of Franky Bannon, a man who’s imaginary friend helps him cope with the death of his wife, while Dental Breakdown is a musical comedy about five reluctant student dentists.
The 18th Arcipelago – International Festival of Short Films showcased original and innovative short and digital films and took place at the Intrastevere Multiscreen in Rome, Italy on 18–24 June.
