Hollywood Casting Director set for Galway
Casting director Dan Hubbard, who is son to the very successful John & Ros Hubbard from Hubbards Casting (Lord of the Rings, The Commitments), will be giving a very special two-day seminar in Galway on 19/20th June. Dan has made a name for himself in the entertainment business casting such talents as Colin Farrell, Orlando Bloom and Kate Winslett. He has been involved in many Hollywood blockbusters, such as The Bourne Triology, Tomb Raider, Event Horizon and King Kong. His summer workshop will help aspiring Irish actors in nailing that one important audition, movement, audition techniques plus lots more. Set out to find new talent this summer he was quoted saying, ‘I know in my heart when I come home to Ireland that I will spot some young actor and hopefully get him over for a feature film casting soon.’
