'Lola Ya Bonobo'
Currently in production, Lola Ya Bonobo is a blackly comic documentary. It has its roots in the story of the release of a group of Bonobo chimpanzees back into the wild jungles of the Congo. At the heart of the film is a small eclectic crew who find their way into the jungle to document both the release of these animals and the characters who live amongst them, having dedicated their lives to the cause. The documentary is being directed by Rory Bresnihan and produced by AnneMarie Naughton for Park Films.
