ART BY CHANCE is the brand new ‘Ultra Short Film Festival’ that aired in 13 countries and more than 70 cities in May/June/July 2009. The festival aims to bring together promising artists and large audiences living in major cities all around the world.
ART BY CHANCE 2010, which will take place in May, will broadcast the winning films through advertising networks mainly located within urban transportations like subways.

In order to participate in ART BY CHANCE, movies must be sent before the 26th of March 2010.

Entry is open to both animation and live-action and this year the official theme is ‘time’. Films must be of 30 seconds duration or less and suitable for a general audience.
