The second edition of the 4 Screens European Festival is inviting submissions for a short Web/Mobile Phone film competition about ‘the city’. European filmmakers are invited to bring ‘city life to life’ in 7 minutes or less via a short fictional tale, reportage or documentary.
The best submissions will be projected throughout the Festival and the two winners will receive cash prizes, the Golden Screen (€1000) and the Silver Screen (€500).
